We assist listing agents in preparing their sellers for a successful MLS launch by ensuring all necessary disclosures, surveys, and T-47s are obtained for a seamless contract-to-close experience. Our team manages disclosure gathering and compliance file submissions, so you can focus on what you do best—selling homes! Additionally, we coordinate pre-listing services, such as energy audits and professional photography, to help your listings make the best first impression.

Ready To Hit The Market!
Once the MLS listing is drafted, the agent will receive a copy for review. After approval, it will be sent to the client for final confirmation. Once all parties have signed off, Five Star Closings will make the listing live and send a congratulatory email to the client. If applicable, we’ll assist with entering open house details, sending reminders to the client, and providing helpful information to the open house agent. We also update the MLS with any necessary changes, such as price adjustments.

Once you and your client have accepted an offer, utilize our Listing Contract to Close services to ensure a smooth, stress-free transaction from contract to closing.
