DURING THE OPTION PERIOD
Five Star Closings manages the entire option period with precision. We review contracts and disclosures, ensure compliance file submission, update MLS statuses, and communicate with clients, agents, and title. We also schedule and confirm inspections, verify lender information, facilitate amendments, and provide reminders for key deadlines.

AFTER OPTION PERIOD
Following the option period, we handle all key steps to keep transactions on track. Our services include drafting and facilitating amendments, verifying appraisal orders, updating MLS status, and confirming title commitment delivery. We maintain weekly communication with the lender & title, ensure necessary paperwork—like HOA documents and surveys—is in order, and keep clients and agents informed on loan progress.

WEEKLY CHECK INS
As closing approaches, we confirm the survey and appraisal are complete, coordinate the closing appointment, and notify all parties, including updates on the agent's calendar. We request the Closing Disclosure for agent review, assist with final walkthrough arrangements, and work with the title company to finalize closing details and confirm funding. Additionally, we conduct weekly check-ins with the closing team to ensure everything is on track for the closing date.

POST CLOSING
After closing, we finalize the transaction by updating the MLS status to "Sold", close out the file in the Compliance Management System, and send a congratulatory email to clients. This email includes a link to your review page, helping grow your business through valuable client feedback and testimonials!
